Figured i'd post a thread about my RKL unit, and how I will be using it on my 75 gallon tank.
Reefkeeper Lite Head unit.
PC4: power strip with 4 controllable outlets.
SL1: pH, temp, ORP, 2x switch inputs.
ALC1: controls lights dimming and lunar cycle for moon lights
ALC2: (above)
iTemp probe: monitors temperature.
My goals.
use the PC4 and temperature probe to turn my heater on and off according to the temperature in the tank.
Use the SL1 to monitor tank pH, the water levels in my sump, and control a DIY auto top off.
use both ALC modules to create a 28 day lunar cycle for my moon lights. Also to dim 3 (upgradable to 4) channels of my lights independently for a sunrise, noon, sunset effect.
