need help with 2 new fish

Yesterday I bought a unicorn tang and a sailfin tang and I acclimated them and tonight I was looking in the tank and I had just the white light on and I notice white speckled all over the 2 new fish.. I think it might be ick but I hope it's not..if it is is there anything I can do with them in the tank or should I take them out? I got 2 clowns and a flame fin tang that are perfect and I don't want them to get it. Or is it too late?

Might be too late i would qt them right away i finally have up after seeing it come and go in my tank and lots of reading here and other places. ive decided to go fishless in my dt and qt everything for a month to ensure its gone any new fish will also be qt for a month good luck hey by chance whats the second fish

Once infected, it takes 8 weeks for 99% of the crypto parasites to die in a tank. The minimum fishless period must be 8 weeks.
