Does the new 14g hood assembly fit backwards compatible with the old 14g oceanic biocube? I just looked at new bulbs and will cost over $80!!! Plus my moonlights are failing and the fans have been noisy for ages. I wonder if for only a little more $ I could just buy a whole new light hood for my old tank.
 
George, Thank you for your inquiry, I will know shortly they haven't arrived yet. I kinda doubt it, the hinge system may be a problem. I have a new in the box 14 bio cube hood with leds for $44.99 bought the P/C bulbs aren't included. Glenn
