sadly the nem split a few weeks back, and i had 2 8" anemones in 1 29g. the took up so much room that i had to move them to the frag tank. :/ i could have handled one for a while but not 2.

as for the sps. i just placed an order from live aquaria for 3 frags and 2 colonies. expecting them saturday (only day i'm home). i can't wait! i'm an sps freak. but i never find anything good locally....

i'm gonna bust out the DSLR for some good pictures this weekend. hopefully i can get a good shot of my flame angel, he loves to dart around the right column which goes all the way to the overflow box, so he has a lot of hiding spots to dart in and out of. :P

side note:
does anyone have any experience grafting montiporas?

they're getting close and it'd be awesome if i could get the to graft

Nice tank! Love all the variety you have in there, and welcome to the site, glad to have you here!

How's the Flame with the corals? I wanted to get one for my tank, but I thought that they are not reef safe.

he's being a model citizen. he's (i'm assuming he) never even thought about nipping at anything. i got him when he was about 1.5" and fed him cycloppeez and now he's lazy and only eats that... ha

thanks for the welcome! i try to keep this tank mixed, to keep it interesting for guests. its a lot more fun (if you're oblivious to reef tanks) to stare at something swaying, then something stick-like.

Very beautiful! Nicely done and good livestock selections. Be careful though, I fear you may have come down with the colored stick disease!

I usually use Coral Frenzy, Mysis Shrimp and Spectrum marine pellets. I have a Lamarck Angel and he's getting larger. So I'm looking to change some of the fish that got with the tank for some Dream fish.

my angel will eat pellets, but he'll only actively compete with the other fish for cyclopeeze, and azox.
