I don't think my PBT likes my tongs?

My old PBT was one of the meanest fish I ever had. Won't get another one unless I do a large fowlr someday.
 
My pbt is actually pretty passive towards other fish. Every once in a wile I'll see him do a little dance with my naso. My emperor is clearly the dominant fish in my tank followed by the niger trigger.
 
Beautiful fish i had one in my 75 for yrs did fine eventually had to sell cause of size in reality wasnt that huge and would if been better off in my small tank then the big one he went to least he would still be alive .

It does seem like he's playing, but he's trying to hit the tongs with his scalpels. Those are his weapons. I've had him for about five years and he started doing this a few months ago. It's funny because I use these same tongs to feed him nori and he doesn't seem to mind them then.
 
I had a kole start doing the same. After a while it started slashing at fish too. Injured 3 clowns, killing one of them and then the tang went to a bigger home.

So may be he thinks it's the tongs that feed him and mad at them cause they showed up with out food lmao
