Possum wrasse or other Wetmorella breeding?

The back story; I’ve had a single yellow banded possum wrasse for 3 or more years. It’s for the most part full grown and within the last two months I was able to add antoher adult from DD. After the intial territorial aggression was overcome, they’ve been buddy buddy. From reading Scott W. Michael Reef fishes series on them I had the idea that even two males would pair up in a way and hang out in groups. So it was successful, they spend quite a bit of time in close proximity.

Onto today, the original wrasse has changed shape over the last 3 weeks. It’s belly is noticeable enlarged and on the ventral posterior side of the abdomen is an enlarged white spot, presumably the vent. Anyone have any experience, or am I just seeing things?
