I would check for blockage in air intake. When was the last time you broke it all down and did a thorough cleaning

Just recently I am getting ready to leave for a long vacation and wanted it clean and ready to go. And yea I cleaned the air intake

I think it might have to go thru a break in period again. The vinegar strips off the slime coat which helps the skimmer work.
