Are you able to order these tilefish at anytime? Or are they seasonal? Also assuming by your comment, tilefish are reef safe?
 
Is there a difference between flashing, blue, and purple tilefish? They seem to be blue and purple and 'flashy' fluorescent.
 
Ryan, they come and go. The past two months we have been lucky getting anywhere from 4 to 12 a week. However, before that we had a few week dry spell on them.

Dan, all three are different fish.....although sometimes they can look similar.

Flashing Tilefish can change their color like a strobe light. The others can't. It's worth the money as long as you have a lid on your tank. They are like chameleons.

What are the prices on these ones? What size tank requirement? Are they good eaters of flake and frozen food? Also these same questions apply to the flashing tilefish too please
