Refugium light info needed

I need an advice or info rather.
My latest refugium LED light just ended its life, meaning it stopped working.
So I was thinking this time I am gonna go cheaper route and buy some lamp holder on a clip and use some "regular" bulb. Did not like the way my chaeto grow under LEDs anyway.
Any tip what kind of bulb? Color? I assume 6700k? How many watts?
Its is a small refugium under my 50 gal cube, so you can imagine its not big since its a part of sump under the tank.

For chaeto. A cfl 2700 40w. For plants...an led grow bulb works well

I use a CFL (5000k) bulb with a clamp light. I think it's a 13 watt bulb.

Edit, since then has been tested that 5k in cfl flood is best for optimum growth

I run a 250 watt metal halide over mine. I might be overdoing it.

I used a grow bulb from amazon reds and blue 36 Watt.
