Return pump choices for my 45g cube

Hello all. What pump would you buy if you were going to run a 45 cube with 1.5 inch drain 1 inch return and 2 10 gallon sumps? simply stating your pump choice is fine, but a reason would be extra reeferly of you.
 
Sump turnover should be 4-9x display, so we're looking at a high end flow rate of 405 gph.

So, a 500gph pump would be more than enough. At that point I'd go with a Rio personally. I still have a Rio 1700 that I started this hobby with from 1999, and still works great. I know there are a ton of options, and everybody has their own experiences and opinions, but Rios have never failed me. And you can get their no-name versions off eBay for VERY cheap. They're still Rios, but their a private label so they're WAY cheaper.

Really sump turn over should be the rated g/h that your skimmer is for the most effective skimming.

My favorite pump is the water blasters from super reef octopus. Quite, efficient, powerful, 3 yr warranty. They are pricey tho, but good equipment is worth it.

E-1250 just for reliability, but yeah, you want to cater to the skimmer and what you're trying to keep.
 
I agree with poi thays what i was told by coralvue turnover for skimmer production. But brand ive used both mag drives and rios with no issues that i didnt cause

Now, if you want to plump reactors like GFO & carbon, and plump both 10gals a certain way.. Also could help with less PH's IMO.. No need for MP 10's :D

Go with the Q3000 as you will be losing gph with all the plumping..
