Sand for wrasse

So I'm going to be changing my sand and I'd like to add a couple wrasse ro my tank. I was curious if reef flakes would be a good choice
 
I used caribsea pink Fiji and it worked fine. (I think that's he name of it)

I used around and inch on the outer part of the tank and 2" in the center near the rocks. I'll have around 20 lbs of sand available for free once I can sell my livestock. I'll just need to clean it. If u want it.

It only took 20 lbs in your 30?
