Seeking recommendations on where to purchase power compact lights and what type

I'm looking to buy 24 watt straight pin power compact lights for my 14 gallon Biocube. Can anyone recommend a decent priced, reputable store or website that sells these bulbs? I've seen them at beyond the reef but they wanted $24.99 per bulb, and aquatic adventure was no different. I'm wary of purchasing things from online retailers that I haven't dealt with before Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Also, for growing zoas and polyps should i buy a 50/50 bulb a 10k daylight or an actinic bulb or a combination of two of the previous?

At foster and smith actinics are 16.99, and the daylight bulb is 19.99. They ship for free when you spend $49. So just buy fish food and get free shipping :)
