Sick Bubble Coral HELP!

Tangency

As you can see my bubble is struggling and I feel awful.

I have moved him to 3 different spots (low flow & lower light) and he his condition just seems to worsen. I haven't had too much luck with extra feedings either. I have tried both coral and lugols dips. For the first few months it seemed to be doing fine but October was not a good month for him.

My Parameters as of 10/8/11:

NO3: 0ppm
Cal: 420 ppm
Alk: 9dkh
SG: 1.025
PO4: 0ppm
MG: 1290
temp: 79.8
Ammonia: 0ppm

I have heard that as long as they have tissue they can be revived. I am hoping someone else can try helping him out. I can even meet you half way (if you live far). Thoughts? Suggestions? Is he done? Should I remove him? Would you like to help this poor guy out?

Sorry to hear that...I'd personally leave it in there, because I do believe that as long as the coral has flesh, it has a chance. My acans were **** there all skeleton and dead, but as long as it had flesh, I kept it, now it's come back and has a skeleton full of heads. The only reason I would remove a dying coral is if it had some sort of infection or disease. Good luck with it.

Awe man that is horrible. Sorry to hear. +1 on leaving it inthere my candycanes came back to full colonys after being toast. Gl

Well bubble Corals are a bit diff in that they are of a higher flesh content and in a small tank they can foul up the water, its rare for certain LPS Corals to come back once their mouths die off or aren't able to contain food.I have list many lps and most looked Luke the pic above when it was too late.Sorry.

That's awful! I was just admiring my bubble earlier. I would cry if that happened to mine. I would keep him in there for a little while longer and just keep a close eye on your parameters! Sorry to see that Jeff.

Certain corals can come back from very little, but imo that ones gone. Sorry.
The tissue is not just receded, it looks like the tissue is just falling off all around the coral.

Bubbles can be hard to keep alive, even when everything is good. I lost one for an unknown reason and won't get another. Yours won't be able to feed so it will puke-out in your tank....sorry.
