Sixline with damsels

I currently have 2 3 stripe damsels left from my break down of my 55. I just have them and a watchmen goby. I really didnt want to get rid of these fish since ive had them for so long, and they grew on me. So instead of ridding them i wanted to see if i can just get a fish that is also semi aggressivse and reef safe! Ive heard of people having a sixline wrasse with success with the damsels, does anyone have any input on this? I really love the sixline and would love to have one.

Anyone have input on this or have any suggestions on fish to put with them?

Six-lines are hit or miss. Got one a couple years ago and he was less than 2". He is a great fish to watch as he glides thru rock work looking for anything to eat. His dorsal fin gets all spiked when he meets new fish but never really bothers them. He get along with my clowns and midas. Damsels should be able to take care of themselves.

Im a noob but id say give it a shot if you notice too much aggression try changing the rock work. I change my rock work every three weeks and haven't had a problem with having two damsels and a pair of tomato clowns together in a 37 gallon

Lol im more worried about the wrasse not the damsels. As theyve gotten mature and after the move from the 55 they got more aggressive, so i thought cuz i lost my clown and blue damsel like a month after the move. They picked on them both til they were basically dead.
