thanks again for the xenia!! I have then in two different water bottles with a bunch of rubble. I'm hoping they attach and move up right because i can't get them to stay upright right now.

they look like a type of aptasia i have seen those before im quite sure they are a aptasia
I have never seen aptasia that "plate" with tentacles growing perpendicular to the plate surface. Here is the most common form of aptasia or glass anemone.

Id go with plate coral.
If you touch it or move water onto it, does it show a skeleton, or just suck into the rock?
Never seen a majano like that, but there are many many different species.

Aptasia can come many different species although it mite not be called that scientifically what im trying to say is that its a anemone pest a species of aptasia I have had that hitch hike on a piece of my mexico rock before...

Very very very bad its real nice looking but that thing got big enough in my tank and ate a goby that got too close
