SpectraPure maxcap 180 GPD R/0 AND booster pump HOW TO add on

I just bought a spectrapure 180 GPD from Aquacave got the booster pump as well
worked on this yesterday for a couple of hours..
the instructions for install of the booster pump are SHYTE

anyone have one of these up and running ? I'd like to see a pix or ask how ya got it running

I've got the same setup, including a modified pressure switch to shut off the incoming water when output container is full.

incoming water to
first canister (particulate filter) to
second canister (carbon filter) to
input of booster pump to
input of bottom membrane to

then it gets a little harder;
input of second membrane connectes to yellow output of first membrane
yellow output from second membrane goes to flush valve which goes into sink

both blue membrane outputs go into input of third canister (maxcap) to
input of fourth canister (silica buster) to
RODI holding container.


The flow restrictor goes in line with the flush valve kit

Thanks very much for the assist, I have to double check but think I got part of it right LOL...i do have ONLYT the supply water connected correctly, then the second canister filter output is piped to the SOLENOID, then to the pump, the pump then goes to the BACK RO membrane... where i removed solenoid I had to shorten tube to allow for flow restrictor and second pipe to fit at the same time, the pressure switch that came with pump is installed in BACK ro membrane supply line

in order to run this as i set it up, I have to use BOTH transformers ..lone for the pump and the second to run auto flush system

i tried to run it as i had it set up the last two canisters would not fill with water..it only dribbled in and after running for 45 minutes I have ` 40 gallons of " waste water, and 3 gallons of " RO " water

see my pix and HELLLPPPP is the " front RO membrane opn mine the one you'd consider "top" and the back one " bottom ?

i REALLY did butcher this didn't i ? GULP
