Sps Frag Tank

So the wife finally gave me the go ahead to get a frag tank. I mainly want to just use it for sps frags and grow them out. So i have a few questions. Here is what i am looking at.

Tank: DB 34g RR Rimless tank 36x18x12. Bare bottom correct?
Stand: Stock stand 36
Sump: as big as i can fit under stand, hoping to find deal on that one.
Lights: 2 AI Primes. Will that be enough light for the sps?
Flow: 2 mp10s
Skimmer: i have a Simplicity 240DC. I have heard conflicting reports on the use or a skimmer or not but the skimmer is just sitting here not being used. Is it way too bigfor that small of a tank?
In Sump: refugium with live rock? Should i have a sand bed?
This will be my first frag tank so any help or suggestions would be pretty awesome, thanks.

I think you'll be happier getting a single Hydra 26 HD as opposed to 2 AI Primes...the Hydra will actually be cheaper...unless you are going for coverage and will be mounting the Primes further apart...keep in mind the LED configurations are slightly different between the Primes and the Hydra...the Primes have that extra cool white LED while the Hydra has 2 sets of 3 blue and royal blue LED...what this means is if you like blue, like i do, the Hydra will be vastly superior while the Primes will be more white when you crank it...not to mention being able to utilize the unused power of the LEDs to "hyperdrive" the other colors...and trust me, the extra percentages above 100% make a world of difference...i don't use a lot of white and red, i'm only at 50% and green is at 25% so the unused power is going towards royal blue, uv, blue, and violet...the lights are simply more customizable...on the Primes (which I also had 2 at one point) once you hit 100%, and you most definitely will, you're stuck...the power that is unused for red and green and white can't be utilized for the other colors
