stand built need info

New to the forum can anybody tell me what kind of metal can I have my stand build out of? Reason I ask is so it wont get rusted n its strong enought to hold a 125g tank. Thank u inadvance.

Paint the stand with some rustolium spray paint to prevent rust... With a nice coat of paint over the metal it shouldn't rust... Why did u choose to use metal for the stand if you don't mind me asking ?? Wood is a little easier to work with and u wont have to worry about rust ...and if made right will be plenty strong enough to hold a 125g

Thanks for your response. I figure it will b stronger n last longer. If I go with wood u have any web site with good plans to build one for a 125g long reef ready?
