T5 lighting schedule

Hi need some advice on lighting schedule. I have 3 switches on my light source (4 bulbs total). One switch runs a coralife actinic 24w T5 HO. One switch runs 10000k 24w coralife T5 HO and actinic 24w T5 HO. The last switch runs 10000k 24w coralife T5 HO. I was wondering how I should set up the lighting schedule with my reefkeeper (how long each switch should be on for). The tank is 37 gallons (30x12x22). Planning on keeping fish and corals (soft corals).

Thank you

I keep my lights on 10 am to 6 pm if I hand control I would set up with low light in first two hours to duplicate sunrise and go to all lights for mid day and taper down to a blue low light in evening last hour.
Plan being to mimic a normal day light cycle . If corals don't like it I would run all of them full time and try different things . It's not what looks good its what works for corals that matters.

I would set it up with blue on first for an hour or so; first white on for an hour and then last white on. I would then do the reverse for turning off. I like having the gradual light intensity. But John is right; it's dependent on how your corals react to the light schedule.

+1 on actinic first hour alone, then the single white added in for an hour, then the last switch with the other 2 for 4-6 hours of all. Then the 2 bulls go off, and then the white off leaving just the actinic for the last hour or two. But like stated, you may need to try different combos over the first couple months to find the sweet spot
