Tank upgrade and moving RBTAs

How do you transfer from one tank to the next? Would you try to get it off its rock first and do a drip acclimation? Do you find a really big bag for the rock and BTA to float it and do drip acclimation? Or do you just make sure salinity and temperature are the same and do a quick transfer rock and BTA?

float in a big gallon ziplock if u cant get it off the rock, but for transport n drip a 5 gal bucket is nice
