This Makes it Difficult to Work in My Tank

This is what I deal with every time my hand is in my tank. Al Roker is relentless! Sorry for the bad video:

And this is why I don't want him to bite me:

I had a pair of maroon clowns that would tag team me. They were really good at it! I can only imagine the pain if they had the teeth Al Roker has.

That's funny, I thought triggers weren't reef safe? Or do they just eat your cuc and leave you corals alone?

I have two triggers. I guess they are supposed to eat clean up crew, but I've had about 20 hermits in my tank for over a year. I don't see the crabs until lights out, and by that time, the trigger boys have gone to bed (they wedge themselves in the rocks and sleep in the same spot every night). Maybe the opposite sleep schedules keep the crabs alive.

Neither if them touch corals at all. I wish I could say the same for my two angelfish. The bigger problem with the trigger, particularly the Picasso, is that they pick up gravel and spit it all over the place.

When I do significant work in the tank, I get out a net and keep him away with one hand while working with the other.

I love triggers, I wish I could get one. But knowing my luck, I'd get one that wanted to eat everything.
