Tinnie, would you mind putting a complete equipment list on this thread? You are really inspiring me to revamp my guppie tank when I get it moved into my new house.
nothing fancy Nate ..

Substrate - eco complete mixed with black sand ..
powerhead - mj600 in the back chamber and a Hydor Flo Rotating Water Deflector

Co2 -Fluval Pressurized CO2 Kit

lighting is stock -36watt 10k pc bulb ( i dont even run the second light )

i dose seachem flourish once like every 3 days and change water once ever 2 weeks ..

i like the looks of a forest and fish swimming thru the leaves and plants :) so i let the grow tall clip and plant them again ..

The main technique ( which i recently understood ) is biocubes are closed systems so even if it was only one 36 watt bulb over 30 gallon tank it still is super bright for the plants to grow

Beautiful tank man! Been itching to do a planted tank for some time myself. You have some really nice fw fish in there too!

Awesome - I know nothing about FW tanks, but those fish are on my list now for whenever I end setting up a planted tank!
