What Doser do u use?

Came home to my 3 month old bubble magnus and it had been siphoning drops for last 2 days alk spike from 8.6 to 10.3. Thank god I test all every other day!
 
Is the tube out of the water or under water? Try keeping it out of the water to avoid siphoning

Are you thinking of back siphoning from the tank into the alk container?

I think he meant he was getting too much coming from the alk container into the tank.

It is out of water. The Doser was just letting a drip every 3-4 minutes out. What kind of issues will I see from a swing like that? I'm going to let it fall naturally over weekend and not dose any until back down. It did raise over a 72 hour period.
 
Sounds like you have a faulty unit. The motor is moving. Its a slow increase, so u are probably fine. Let it lower naturally.

Use the old tried an true method. each day after work put 300ml in by hand. haven't even had an over dose or under dose this way.
