What is your MP40 setting?

What setting do you use on your MP40? I just got one and I'm trying to figure out the best setting to use...any help/advice is appreciated.

I have mine on a 60g on long pulse 30 seconds, flow is the second from lowest LED.

I mainly stay in reefcrest mode because I have SPS, but I try to change it up a bit when I can. I pretty much go through all the modes in a week.

Short pulse wave. Just right to get a nice little wave going.

Sorry to get off topic a little but is there a mode that picks up all the detritus from the behind and on the rocks and suspends them till the filter and skimmer suck it up?

I like the yellow random modes, i.e. reefcrest. I've seen the best response from that mode.
