What kind of worm?

I was just walking by and noticed 2 of these guys on the glass. I've been seeing little tunnels getting built around on the sand and was trying to figure out who was doing it. It might be these guys. Any ideas? They seem to be moving around pretty quick and look like they're possibly eating some algae on the glass.
