whats the best settings for a kessil360?

I have mine about 9 inches off the water line. 24"x24" area, 16" deep tank. 45 percent spectrum and 75 percent intensity at 10am. Ramps up to 100 percent at 1pm and back to 75 percent at 6pm. I par tested at 100 and I'm getting almost 200 on the bottom and 400 at top.
