Hi, Smith11. Jeff from MD here. I'm usually the one manning the message boards but, depending on the question, multiple parties may participate in formulating an answer for someone. If someone has a question about a particular product or animal, we'll generally want the person in the company with the most experience on the topic to reply. I may end up posting the response on their behalf, but sometimes they'll respond directly. It just kind of depends. It's pretty safe to say that there are at least a handful of our team members that actively and regularly monitor message boards, but likely more.
