That sound plenty for the frag tank. you don't need much to light a 20 gal frag tank. You should even be able to get a 24" fixture on craigslist for cheaper.

I really want to go with as much used equipment as possible but I looked at CL and there isn't anything anywhere near me and I'd have to get all new bulbs anyway. I think I am going to use 24 instead of 30 inshes so I can have a darker end too. Any preference on the bulb breakdown (there are 4 choices for that light on the bottom of the page). Thanks.
