Wp40 wp25 good enough for 125g

On my 125 RR i am planning to use a wp40 and wp25, will this be plenty of flow for the tank.. Fowlr, but may add simple corals (zoas, mushrooms)
 
Should be fine. You could probably do two 40's. You might want to look at the new version for wider flow.

No. I just upgraded one of my 40s to a 60. The difference is huge. A 60 would be way too much flow, even on the lowest setting. My 60 gets giant waves going in my 220. I don't even dare to put it on wave mode or it would push waves out of my tank. It is awesome, but too much for a 125.

holy crap batman !!! I have a 180 with 2 wp 40's one on each side , their is no way i can turn mine up even to half way or i will throw water out of my tank ... I have mine towards the top and angled inwards....
 
I have 4 MP60s in my 500g with 130 inches long and thirty inches deep. I cannot run those at more than one third to one fourth the max speed without having my sand flying everywhere. And hard to keep anything in place in close proximity to the MP60s.
