Bump on clownfishes cheek

Hey everyone... My clownfish was acting weird today... Pretty lethargic and just laying on the mushroom he usually hosts.

He also ignored the food I put in. I noticed he had a large bump on the side of his mouth. Pretty much the cheek area...

What do u think it could be!?!!

Is it just a bump? Redness? Swelling? White Fluffy? I do see that in proportion to the clown's size that is a pretty sizable lump. Can't diagnose or recommend treatment without knowing more about the appearance of the lump though.

You and me both... My theory now is that the royal gramma just beat him... But I never saw any aggression between the two.

Plus no signs of bumps on the other fish so that's definitely a plus
