If its the same then the shell is flexible because I peeled if odd while it was moving and it folded up like a snail but I didn't see it look like your firat pic. It started trying to crawl as soon as I took my hand awaythey are the same beast , if it looks like that it may be a abalone . if so congrats they are great algae eaters , manually removing one is next to impossible cause they hold on super tight . also may be problem if you dont glue frags down . i love them tho .one good way to tell is on the shell with the pits . gl

Well this one's in my sump so I don't mind those but I've seen a few in my dt. Any recommendations for what will get rid of them. Keep in mind I only have a 29gal tank
Good to know maybe that's why my coraline is never really on the front of my glass and I'm starting to get some white spots on my rock the size of one of these guysI manually removed few hundred gave em away to people some like them either to feed harliquin shrimp some like them to clean the coraline on barrbittom tanks. So uf u have few remive manually if bunch harliquins shrimp eat em . Like i said my zoas were never touched just coraline but others had em eat zoas maybe when they run out of coraline they eat em idk
