What would be the perfect lighting for a 40 breeder tank?

2 350w tuna blue kessil or maxspect razor 420r 130 watt 1500 led

Welcome back Jeff! Imo I don't like the look of either. But if ur set on those 2, I would do the kessil over the razor. But y not try t5's. I think rosko still has his 36" ati 6 bulb dimmable fixture for sale. That is perfect for a 40breeder.

Hmm i would if i can find the fixture at a cheap price but do u thnk a stand alone razor 130watt 15000 would be enough for a mixed reef?

It should but Ull have low par numbers on the ends of the tank. Here is the Jorge's FS thread if ur interested.
