I use the V.S. refractometer. super accurate. I've been using it for 1 year and have yet needed to recalibrate it. I check accuracy with calibration fluid monthly and always on point.

I've had my Milwaukee handheld for years...holds it's calibration well but i still check it every 3 months or so just to be sure....
Old school, I like it. This is what we used 30 yrs ago. Where can you buy one of these? Do you find it easy to use?
nothing I don't like....never had an issue. I only calibrate with salinity calibration solution. Is there anything you don't like about? I've heard some complain about cleaning the Milwaukee's glass or something?
Do you calibrate with distilled water or saltwater?
