LED Fixtures

I have a couple questions about a few LED fixtures that I don't know much about the first one is the ZetLight ZP-6600A, I haven't heard much about this light, but i did watch a few videos and I really liked the way it made some of the tanks look. I know its hard to tell from YouTube videos how good a light colors something up. It is also controllable by the apex which is a bonus for me, it is also reasonably priced at $499.99 each. The 2nd light is a more popular choice but still have never seen them in person, its the Maxspect R420R 160w lights, not sure what the difference is between the 15000k and the 10000k models, they are pretty close in price for the fixtures at $509.99. Not sure if these are controllable by apex or not, haven't done much research on them as of yet. I still want Radions, but they are $750 each. Just curious if anyone has any experience in these fixtures and if I should just splurge and spend the extra $500 on the Radions. (still need 2 no matter what one I decide to go with). Thanks ahead of time,

I have had a Maxspect R420R 120w-16000k for about 18 months, on a 20 g reef tank. Yesterday, I submitted comments on this light within a lighting thread, I'll tag you on it. Let me know if still have any questions on it.

I thought chewal might have had some experience with the Zetlight. I wish I could help but I go cheap with all my reefing needs. lol

What size tank do you run it on? How is the coverage? Strong enough for sps? I have a 150g cube, 36x36x28, do you think 2 fixtures would be enough? Yes they are pricey, but considering them against Radions seems way cheap lol

Yes it does grow sps the coverage is really great and I think that you can get away with only one the intensity is really great and so is the spread

Thank you, i am really interested in that light, still think with 36x36 that i will need 2 fixtures. but i will order 1 first and see how it goes

I have 2 XR30 Radion Pros over an 80g tank. I love the lights, but still question whether they are worth with it VS other LEDs. They are the only ones that I have used so I have nothing to compare them to. I control them through Ecotechlive, which takes a little getting used to. I'm actually not even sure if I could control them through the Apex.

I think it's one of those places where the law of diminishing returns slaps you in the face, you aren't getting a lot for the money past a certain point. If I have to do it all over again, ATI would have been it. I went with the Radions for the aesthetics of them.
