How long did you have the 150 up and running for?

It's been that long since it was up? Where you running an under gravel filter or skimmer? Anything else changed a lot since you had the 150 running? Couldn't have been that long ago if it was T5, I mean we're not talking t8/t12 VHO days :D

Let's just say the T5 was on the tank for 6 months brand new before that it was just some regular old fluorescent lighting. So yeah it's been awhile. No skimmer or anything fancy. Stuff really didn't color up that well nor did it look good

For the 40 I think I would do a couple of nice clowns. Not sure if I would go with designer or just your plain run of the mill clowns. Possibly a yellow eye kole tang. Always loved that fish. Maybe a couple wrasses and later down the road another mandarin. Miss that fish as well

I had a nice size blue jaw, yellow eye kole tang, blue tang, yellow tang. Those were my favorite then the others were my kids fish so they were just whatever they liked at the time. Some pesky damsels mainly

Yellow eye and Mandarin two of my favorite fish. I'm excited for you and to see you turn this tank into awesomeness.
