Ph probe and chemiclean

Anybody ever have issues with ph probe while dosing chemiclean mine is new digital aquatic brand so not a cheapo and now its reading error i just just chemiclean today
 
Looks like ph probe went bad wow it lasted a whole 40 days so I guess a dollar a Day lol china 14$ one least lasted few months lol

They all were updated few months ago i doubt they made any more a old ph probe reads fine well off but it reads so far getting run around for warranty stupid tb aquatics told ne get hold of digital aquatics for warranty this may take awhile lol
 
So i figured out issue when i dose chemi clean i dont turn off skimmer just let it overflow and ph rises over the probes limit but it said to use air stone because treatment lowers ph . So my question is whats worse low ph around 7 or high ph over 10 im guessing
