Light Not Coming On

I have a pair of AI Sols where one comes on and the other doesn't. If I unplug the power cord from the one not working for a few seconds, the light does come on. I've been talking to Aquaillumination and they say it could be the power supply and if I'm not convinced of that to send the light itself in. If I swap power cords, the light coming on doesn't and the one that doesn't does power up. Yet, if I use a 3rd power cord from a computer, my problem still persists. Other than getting different lights, I'm open to suggestions.
 
If u swap power cords and the broken one works then its the power cord. The third cord maybe little different get one that matches 100 percent

I purchased a new power cord from AI and the light still had the same problem. Guess it's the power supply. Thanks Joe.

Mai, thanks for the suggestion. I did order that power supply, it took forever to come from China (slow boat). The cord running to the light is quite a bit shorter than the one from AI. I also found that the "bullet" connection at the lights was a bit tight, so I'm not sure if this is 100% the right supply. Finally, after the lights were on, they started behaving real weird, flashing on and off, so I stopped using the supply. Was worth a $15 attempt.

Thanks but AI has made right by me on other problems with my lights. I now have 2 new Hydra26 lights and have sent back my 2 Sols.
