Ai hydra hd help please

Help my hydra hd is blinking red i cant get it to go on i tried everything now i only got one light i cant believe the number of problems i have had with this light any ideas now i need an emergency replacement

What in bloody hell do u do to your lights mayne ditch em and buy china crap they seem to last longer then the ones u have

Lol idk anything about these lights so im no help . U need some good luck going your way cause ive never seen such bad luck with expensive lights lol
 
Did you try the whole, unplugging everything, then wait..... then plug everything back on and see what happens? and what superchargedgp said..

no i decided to keep them as i dont want anyone having the issues just havent had time to have the thread removed. I did the unplugging etc nothing

Have you tried holding the button in on the light to reset it and then re setting up your light from the controller?
I have the AI Vegas. I do know they are very temperamental.
 
its been a while i kept them its just seems every so often one loses connection

I have 4 Hydra HD 52. It's happened to me once. If I recall correctly... plug the light in and hold the button on the back. While STILL holding the button unplug the light and plug it back in. After holding the button for maybe 10 seconds the light should start flashing a bunch of different colors while it reboots.

I wouldn't sell these lights. These lights are great for sps and lps. ;)
 
Did the issue get corrected.
Reason I ask is my Vegas are on their way out due to run-ability issues themselves and AI agreed to upgrade my set of 2 to the Hydra 26 HD's for $225 each saying they do not have parts available anymore to repair my Vegas.

wow well it didnt , I ended up with two different color royal blues but i can deal with it i guess. As for AI they just kept offering to send new units which they had but the royal blues were different from eachother or the lights had issues. The connectivity issue did go away for now as i run them each on their own wifi signal. AI customer service is very fast to respond but as far as resolving the issue its a hit or miss , I just wanted the lights to work . It really is horrible to hear they offer something and cant keep their word. Scary thing is they are in charge of the ecotech line from what i was told
