How far is the over flow line ran down into that 3in tube?
About 4 inches. Maybe less. It is just barely under the water line. And the tube is filled with rock rubble too.How far is the over flow line ran down into that 3in tube?
Thanks man. Yeah. I am for sure gonna have to get a top for it. There is too much light in it too.Great job bro.. tank looks great
My only suggestion is maybe put a cover over the overflow box to prevent fish from jumping in there.. imo
Thank you. I still have a long way to go though.Looking good.
Lol. More like One paycheck at a time. You'll get there...one day at a time.
Thanks. It is nice and simple. I will eventually get some 1/4" tubing and a couple of fittings, but for the most part that is just to make it look a little better than it does.Great idea on the ATO
Yep. That is actually where I found both of the light fixtures for this tank. 50 bucks each. I avoid buying their live animals though. I have had too many issues with them in the past.Hahaha...yeah, that too. I see you're in beverly, have you ever been to animal krackers on 115th and kedzie? Not the best lfs, but they're decent and local.
That is true. I got my leopard gecko from them. They said he had a shedding issue and gave him to us at a discount cuz he didn't go to the vet when he was supposed to. He lost a leg, but is happy and healthy now. I do get some dry goods from them, but nothing alive after that. I would rather deal with a store further out that has better stuff.Yeah, they don't have the best livestock, or the low prices to match that crap sometimes. They can't afford to be too pricey.
LOL!!! I hate to wait also..I hate waiting. UPS needs to hurry up.
I will probably go bonkers before they get here. After I get the part though, then I need to wait for Matt to drill the tank for me. Waiting is gonna be the end of me today. Lol.LOL!!! I hate to wait also..
Lol. This is true. This hobby teaches patience, rather you like it it not.
gasket goes INSIDE the tank Pics!!Bulkhead is here.
