So I was maintaining my sump and noticed my GFo isnt so red anymore and it seems like there is GFo gunk all over my sump. Thoughts? my skimmer has been off for 4 days. Also..... The GFo and the carbon look the same color.

So I plumbed my tank, with really frickin expensive hoses. Glad it is done. Amen! So yeah 25 feet of extra thick woven 2 inch drain flex and 20 feet of 3/4 inch thick woven return on my new CADlights artisan II 50 cube.

What are people's thoughts on storing a tank outside through this winter season? I have a 180 AGA that is sitting neatly on some 2X4 in my garage and i don't see it comming inside anytime soon. I'm considering just letting it go at a loss and getting some space back from my garage. Thoughts?
