He has almost been here a week, tomorrow will be a week since he arrived, so far has stayed put on his rock, and one of my clowns are using him for a bed at night.

I usually go to the Starbucks either at Belmont and Clark a few times a week or the one at 3845 Broadway. Thinking about maybe going to one of those this evening. Let me know if you want to meet there.

That’s 3 of us so far. Next time I go to the local fish store in Morton Grove, I will find out if they would be interested in hosting our group once a month, or we could meet at the skokie library or a Starbucks in lakeview .

My blue tang sure knows how to cause heart attacks. The first night as soon as the light dimmed to the moonlight setting he totally disappeared, couldn't find him with a flashlight, so overrode the light timer and a few minutes later he came swimming out from under a rock and looked at me like...

This guy is gonna give me a heart attack.... likes to sleep and hide under a rock and not be found, then a few minutes later.... he's out swimming around.

He stayed put overnight so that is a good thing.

Latest additions. Colorado sunburst anemone Blue Tang

Put him on a rock and he already went into a crevice in the rock. Have the powerhead covered with a filter bio bag thing. Was hoping he would have stayed up higher on the rock but maybe it’s better he went into the crevice for now to relax from his travels

My Colorado Sunburst Anemone is arriving today. It is in transit as I type this via FedEx from Oklahoma by priority overnight. It should arrive between 8:20 am and noon according to FedEx. With the lovely Chicago temperatures, hopefully it arrives alive and in good shape. Planning on letting him...
