Looking for hobbyist for an upcoming frag swap in Madison Wisconsin January 17th from 11-3pm
The MADISON AREA REEF SOCIETY FRAG SWAP 2015 will be held Saturday, January 17, 2015, 11-3 pm. It will be at VFW post 7591, 301 Cottage Grove Rd, Madison, WI
All tables must be registered via check by mail or by PayPal. Absolutely no refunds after December 1st so check your
schedules to make sure you are able to make the swap. Table will be reserved in your name once we have received payment.
You will receive confirmation email within 24hrs after we receive payment.
Please be sure to include your name or your company's name and your address with your payment.
Payments made via Paypal with fee added, via check or money order.
All tables will include electric and two chairs for your convenience.
There will be two types of registration available , hobbyist and commercial vendors. Both vendor and hobbyist table (or space if no table is needed) will be 8 foot long. Purchase one table for each 8 foot table (area) you require.
Please note that if you are a commercial vendor we also request in addition to the table fee that you donate a $20 gift certificate for your giveaway. You can print up your own certificate or we can provide one for you. Only one certificate per commercial vendor is required regardless of how many tables you need.
We will consider you a commercial vendor if any of the following apply to you:
Resale or tax number used for purchase of livestock.
A brick and mortar aquarium store or aquarium maintenance service.
A website that sells corals, fish or aquarium supplies.
Table cost per table (or 8' space)
Hobbyist $25
Commercial vendor $50.00 if you require 2 or more spaces an additional $25ea (plus $20 gift certificate day of event)
The venue itself is well lit, clean, insulated and heated. There will be easy access for setting up and there is plenty of paved parking. You will also be able to purchase drinks and food from the VFW Tavern.
