I got this tank for xmas and want to set up today. My question is do I use livesand under eggcrate and I have a 250 watt metal halide light for it. Do I needto let it cycle for frags? What height do you recommendthe light to be at ? Any other info would beappreciated I already own a 75 gallon mixed reef and a 150 fowlr
