Coral life I been looking at what's everyone's thoughts on that

Ive a got a friend running rapidleds retro in full spectrum getting phenomenal growth in lps and zoas, no sps so I can't say how they are doing but her nem has been happy for the last year and half/two years. If I get over there ill take a pic of her 28 setup. It's an oceanic but there can't be a huge difference between the two
