65 gallon lighting...led's ??

I'm going to set up a 65 gallon 36wx18dx25t

Would 1 aisol blue be enough to cover the whole tank
I want a light that will work with an apex

You could if you hang 10-15" of water..

I would have to hang it that high to make it work good
Should I be able to grow almost anything besides lps with that light

Now I have the jbj nano cube with the factory LEDs and everything seems to be growing

You will have to have it high to cover the whole tank. But then your par won't be very high. As an alternative, i would go with a 27" maxspect razor. Someone is selling one now. CHeck out CR marketplace.

Give him a PM to explain the parr readings on these fixtures and why they are hanging so high. His numbers were dead on..

But chemistry will play a big part to be successful

I went with the razor
The only darn problem is there is a middle light module on the razor
And I have center brace
Now I have shadows
