A1 prime hd settings

I'm getting my a1 prime hd tomorrow for above my biocube. Was curious if anyone had suggestions on the settings for it? I have a bta, frogspawn, plate, hammer, toadstool, acan and zoas. I like when the colors pop but I also want them to grow. I currently have a black box and growth just isn't happening, so any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
