I have an acrylic 90 corner that my uncle gave me a while ago. It's finally time to set it up. I will be upgrading from a 58. I will be using what i can from the existing tank. What i will need are lights and a return pump.
I want to go with LEDs, any suggestions? Should i buy a ready made fixture, or diy? How much light should i have? I don't keep SPS, but i may dabble later. My budget is around $400, maybe 500.
For the return pump... I have several i could use, just not sure if they are the right fit... My dump is not drilled, but i have 2 Poseidon pumps if i wanted to drill it, a ps1 and a ps4. Or i could use the Tunze Silence on my 58, it's the 600gph one. Or i could get a mag 12 or something. What do you think?
I will probably start building the stand tomorrow, if I'm lucky, a canopy too.
