Well, it seems a bit silly once I took the video and am typing this up, but here is my video of how I hung my AquaUFO's over my 72g tank. Hopefully I'll be filling it up tomorrow!
All items were bought from Lowe's so it's nothing special, anyone can do it! Later I could always attach the canopy to it as well (since it's a light plastic canopy) that way both the lights and the canopy raise off the tank with little muscle involved!
The lights each weight 5 pounds and to offset that I used 4.2 pounds of lead (from my diving kit) which effectively made the lights weigh almost nothing! I'll neaten up the weights another day when I can find a weight that's white and a bit slimmer.
