Affordable place to get a custom small tank

Looking to get a small aio frag tank.. Thinking of doing a 12x12x6 frag tank looking at spending aboht $120 or less any suggestions on any local place that does a really good job or even an online retailer

Aquapro's out in glen ellen stocks Deep Blue Pro tanks at great prices, check them out. They have a variety from rimless to cube to standard, and are also able to special order any particular one you want that's not in stock. I've been eyeing a tiny 8x8x8 cube myself.
 
On a frag tank that small how do you handle the filtration? Just change half the water once a week? I assume you could easily handle lighting with one of those par 38 bulbs w/ a gooseneck holder.
 
I was wondering who makes a good goosneck holder that can handle the weight of those bulbs. Was even considering a floor standing version.
