AI SOL super Blue LED Lights not shutting off

Hi All,

I have two AI SOL super blue LED lights. They were working fine till last night. I've had the timers set for some time but yesterday they didn't want to shut off/dim and I tried by holding down the knob till the message that the lights where turning off came on but nothing. I've disconnected them overnight and and when I pull them in they turn back on but I'm not able to dim them or anything. I've also tried to disconnect the controller from the one module and plug it in the other but no dice.
 
Sounds like the controller having issues to me. See if there is a way to factory reset. You may have to reprogram, but it's cheaper than buying a new one. (I have the same setup)
 
I tried the factory reset via the controller and that didn't work. I'm about to reload the last firmware update they put out to see if that does anything.
 
That is weird...still, has to be something with the controller if it acts the same with both units. It's not recognizing it and running full blast I assume?
 
Your spot on Brian. I'm going to have to give them a call tomorrow during the day since there closed now. But yeah, I think I'm guying a new controller this weekend.
